I love it have been a stylist for over 25 years and the clients can be wrong as well My thoughts are if your going to put the stylist on blast, they must have the opportunity to tell their side! Also, it's time for us as stylists to take back our industry. All stylists are not raggedy, and all clients are not right.

I can't wash my hair like that , I need to put it in twists and braids first after detangling because I have a lot of hair and I find it difficult to wash it in the lose way

I used a fine tooth comb and i was able to make curls and took only 2 knots out. The crown of my hair was so dry. Now its looking lije the rest of my hair. I am cutting off rekaxed hair chopped it all off but i cant see the back

I’m going to agree with her in this case because I do have customers that air dry here incorrectly so as a professional in the business for natural here, I am going to say thumbs up to her because when you have a client and they incorrectly drive there here it does have an impact to what’s going on on the scout and some of the customers. I have to give them an extra treatment because there is mold and mildew sent coming from the Scout because they don’t properly air dry so I think what she’s trying to basically say is that it needs to be properlyventilations in the area that your air dry in your hair or just walk outside for couple hours in the sun and it will dry

My favorite brush is the Wet Brush with ventilation. Although it is my favorite I am always tempted to try others but I do not need multiple brushes when I already have a good one. 🥲

I've been to the salon @36:24 and I also experienced a dramatic cut that was only supposed to be a trim. The stylist in the video is not great at communicating. I had to constantly ask her questions about my damage and hair routine (since I was still finding the right products for me) and It never felt like she really wanted to engage with me. She was quick to tell me I need to come in more often for trims though.
